Q. I ordered a pack. Where is it?

A. There are a couple of reasons you have not received your pack

Q. Did you verify your request?

A. When you placed your request order, we sent an emailed asking you to verify the order. If we did not hear back from you, we sent you a reminder and communicated that only verified orders can be processed.

Q. How long has it been since you ordered?

A. We try to ensure we have delivered all orders within 4 working weeks. If you would like to follow up further, please contact contact us, or phone 1800 028 334.

Q. I did not verify my order. Is it too late to verify and receive my order?

A. This really depends whether you ordered 2 days, 2 weeks or 2 months ago and whether all the stock has been ordered and allocated by verified orders. Firstly try to verify your original order. If this isn’t successful, try to place a new one in the same manner as the first and remember to verify your email. If you are having issues in placing the subsequent order, it may mean that all stock has been exhausted and this message should be communicated on the website. If stock has been allocated, we are sorry you missed out!

Q. Why isn’t my school on the list?

A. There are a few of reasons your school may not be on the list. This list is based girls only and co-education schools that teach years 7 and 8, as the resources have been developed specifically in line with the curriculum for these years of education. If your school does teach years 7 & 8, it will not be on the list. Your school may have opted out of being on the list in 2009, or even this year. The “official” legal name of your school may be different to the everyday name by which you and the students know it.

Q. What do I do if my school is not on the list?

A. You can submit a request to add your school. This will appear at the bottom of the webpage after searching for your school at Step 1. The requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of U by Kotex. You will receive a notification if your school is approved. You will then need to return to the sample request form and place your order as normal.

Q. The resource materials are inappropriate.

A. The materials have been developed with the assistance of conservative teachers with the objective of providing impartial and factual information relevant to the syllabus. If you have suggestions for materials, please feel free to contact us.

Q. I don’t have a code to make an order, how do I make a sample request?

A. You don’t need a code, only the postcode of your school to start.

Q. Why can’t my school order a pack?

A. Your school might not be on the list, see “Why isn’t my school on the list”. You may have already placed an order and therefore, cannot place another.

Q. I don’t agree with the content and think there are much better ideas. How to I put forward a suggestion?

A. We love feedback and working with teachers to develop the best possible curriculum related resource that will provide fun and interactive learning for students is our key objective. Please feel free to forward your suggestions using this Contact Us form.
