Q. I ordered a pack. Where is it?
A. Please allow 28 days, from the date of confirming your order, for delivery to arrive to your nominated school. NOTE: No packages will be sent during the school holiday period.
If your Resource Kit has not arrived and its been more than 28 days, please email teachers@ubykotex.com.au or freecall 1800 028 334.

Q. Why isn’t my school on the list?
A. There are a few of reasons your school may not be on the list:
1. The resources have been developed specifically in line with the curriculum for years 6, 7 and 8. If your school does not teach years 6, 7 & 8, it will not be on the list.
2. Your school may have opted out of being on the list in 2010, or prior.
3. The “official” legal name of your school may be different to the everyday name by which you and the students know it.

Q. What do I do if my school is not on the list?
A. You can submit a request to add your school. This will appear at the bottom of the webpage after searching for your school at Step 1. The requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of U by Kotex. You will receive a notification if your school is approved. You will then need to return to the sample request form and place your order as normal.

Q. The resource materials are inappropriate.
A. The materials have been developed with the assistance of conservative teachers with the objective of providing impartial and factual information relevant to the syllabus for years 6, 7 & 8. If you have suggestions for materials, please feel free to contact us.

Q. I don’t have a code to make an order, how do I make a sample request?
A. You don’t need a code, only the postcode of your school to start.

Q. Why can’t my school order a pack?
A. Your school might not be on the list, see “Why isn’t my school on the list”. You’re school may have already reached its order allocation and therefore, cannot place another.

Q. I don’t agree with the content and think there are much better ideas. How to I put forward a suggestion?
A. We love feedback and working with teachers to develop the best possible curriculum related resource that will provide fun and interactive learning for students is our key objective. Please feel free to forward your suggestions using this teachers support form.
