Panty liners

Panty liners are similar to pads; they’re thinner and much smaller, designed for days when you don’t need much absorbency.

Using Panty liners inbetween periods

Even when you’re not menstruating, you may have days when you feel less than fresh. Panty liners are a great way to feel fresh between periods. A slight vaginal discharge in between periods is common and can be really annoying. If your undies are often damp or stained in-between periods, liners may be the answer for you. Panty liners can be good for making sure that discharge doesn’t get on your favourite undies.

Panty liners can also be useful if you experience spotting. Spotting occurs when a small amount of blood passes through the vagina between periods. Spotting can be quite normal and may occur in the couple of days after your period, or in the middle of your cycle. If you are worried or if it’s a reoccurring problem, see your doctor.

If you’re playing sport and you know you’re going to work up a sweat, liners may be a good option. The liners can absorb the sweat and you won’t have to put up with wetness in your undies. After you’ve finished playing sport, you can change your liner for a fresh one, or go without for the rest of the day. It’s up to you!

Using Panty liners during your period

You can use liners, such as U by Kotex® Everyday Freshness scented, Everyday Freshness unscented or Everyday Protection Breathables, to help you feel more confident and comfortable every day of the month. On those light flow days, or as a handy backup to tampons, a liner such as U by Kotex® Standard is perfect for a little extra protection. U by Kotex® Liners are so thin, most girls won’t even feel them, and they’re the perfect accessory if you don’t want to risk a potential embarrassing situation, especially when you’re expecting or near the end of your period.

U by Kotex Liners

U by Kotex® Everyday Freshness Xtra-thin Liners are the only two in one liner around – you can use them on both normal undies and G-strings. To convert your U by Kotex® Liner to use in a G-string, just fold along the grooves and wrap them around the sides of your G-string – too easy!

They’re available in scented and unscented, and U by Kotex® Everyday Freshness Xtra-thin Liners are breathable as well; allowing air to circulate so your skin breathes naturally.

U by Kotex® Extra Protection Standard Liners have a light absorbency and come in a drawstring bag for storage and convenience. You can use these on light days, or when you’re expecting your period.

U by Kotex® Everyday Protection Breathable Liners keep you confident and fresh all day long whatever you’re up to, and as the name suggests, they’re breathable as well with the same protection as the Standard Liner. You can use these in between periods or as extra protection with a tampon.
